Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Belden-Hirschmann OS20-001000T5T5TAFUHB parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Bender products, including obsoleted and phased-out Berger-Lahr parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Boe product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Bender such as the RCMS460D1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 62800069000 manufactured by Berger-Lahr and we are pleased to be able to service most Berger-Lahr systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MV70FHMN20 by Manufacturer Boe as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Bimba Brand ETS3260EK32MPX in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Berghof such as DC1005MT equipment made by Berghof have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Berghof products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Berghof" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available BIPC40010001 made by Benshaw as well as the popular 62256486 original spares produced by Bg-Schlitten

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the UGS by Bimba and DC1005MT spares by Berghof are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 903051000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bellofram.
